‘Drive-in screening’ is exactly what it says on the tin! The film, Grease, will be shown outdoors, where people can simply drive in, park up, tune their radio into the audio, sit back and relax to watch the film. Or, if you want to channel your inner John Travolta / Danny, you can take your spot on the roof/bonnet of your car!

On Wednesday 4th July, for one night only Accrington and Rossendale College becomes Rydell High. They will be holding their own drive-in screening of the classic film Grease to celebrate its 40th anniversary and all are invited – young, old, T-Birds and Pink Ladies!

In keeping with the 70’s classic, where characters Danny and Sandy go to a drive-in to watch The Blob, the giant outdoor screens ‘lightning’ up the night sky will ensure the event is set to go down a storm.
