Halloween is a time for dressing up and fun for children and is growing ever more popular in the UK. This year, Amazing Accrington have launched a Halloween Shop Trail for children throughout the centre of Accrington, sponsored by local training provider North Lancs Training Group.

The event will run over the half-term holidays, from Saturday 22nd October to Halloween itself, Monday 31st October. Leaflets are going out to local schools and will be available in the outlets, including Property Shop, the NLTG office at 1 Oak Street, and Church St Chippy amongst many others.

Prizes include a £50 gift voucher, a sweet hamper, and everyone’s favourite – tickets to an Accrington Stanley match! Children are encouraged to dress up and trick or treat along the way while getting ten stamps from the shops. The completed forms should then be dropped into reception at NLTG for the lucky winners to be selected.

Gareth Lindsay, Managing Director of NLTG, commented: “This event will be so much fun for the children. It’s great to bring a bit of excitement to the town and I hope the children have a great time safely trick or treating.”
