Skills City, a digital skills training powerhouse transforming technology training & talent diversity in the North West, is offering a 16 week fully funded course for anyone who is interested in getting into a tech career – starting on 28th November. The Data Analytics Digital Skills Bootcamp is for anyone aged over 19 in Lancashire, you don’t need to have a background in tech to apply – and it’s fully remote and in the evenings, ideal for anyone wishing to change career!

Data analysts are in huge demand, which is growing rapidly and analysts can be earning around £35,000 after just a few years. Many companies require data analysts, from entire teams within Government departments and the NHS, and within industries such as manufacturing, engineering, e-commerce, and retail. Local employers such as BAE Systems, Vape Dinner Lady and HMRC have current open vacancies for Data Analysts, and this free training course can set you on this career path with no prior experience.

Led by Blackburn entrepreneur Mo Isap and his IN4 Group, Skills City has secured Government funding for the Bootcamps from the Department for Education (DfE), as part of the Government’s Skills for Life Guarantee, helping everyone gain skills for life – and opening up careers in the digital world.

The Data Analytics Digital Skills Bootcamp is a 16 week course, which is run fully online, between 6-9pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays – with the next intake on 28th November. The evening course makes it ideal for fitting in around other commitments. Each course graduate is also guaranteed a job interview with a local tech company at the end of it – Data Analysts are highly sought after and there is a great local demand.

Mo Isap, CEO of IN4 Group, said: “We are thrilled to be able to offer fully funded courses, so there is no barrier to entry for people wishing to get into a tech career. Equivalent courses elsewhere can be as much as £3000 – the UK Government have recognised the urgent need for people to join this field of work, from all backgrounds. We are producing skilled talent through our Digital Skills Bootcamps at Skills City, and enabling people to work in this important and growing field.”

Anyone who is interested in becoming a Data Analyst should look for further information on the Skills City website www.skills-city.com – and people are urged to apply as soon as possible, for the start date of 28th November 2022.
