A Lancashire woman from Clayton-le Moors has been named in Cycling UK’s 100 Women in Cycling. Anne Stott, 70, was included for her work encouraging women to cycle. She joins TV and film actress Maxine Peake, BBC Radio 4 presenter, Melanie Abbott and gold medal winners
