Accrington Stanley’s hugely popular Fireworks & Funfair event will return to the Wham Stadium on Sunday 1st November, promising another fantastic evening of family entertainment.
Now in its ninth year, the event will run from 5pm until 10pm, with thousands of people expected to head to the stadium for one of the area’s most popular annual community events.
Sponsored by Hyndburn Borough Council, the spectacular fireworks display is expected to get underway at approximately 7:30pm.
Tickets are now on sale, with discounted advance prices of just £4 for adults and £2 for under-16s, while a family ticket for two adults and two under-16s is available for £10.
Supporters and local residents are strongly encouraged to secure their tickets in advance, with the event completely selling out in each of the last two years.
With the fireworks being set off from the Coppice End of the Wham Stadium, visitors can choose standing tickets in the Farleys Solicitors Clayton End or unreserved seating in the Taylors Scaffolding Jack Barrett Main Stand and Eric Whalley Family Stand.
For safety reasons, families attending with pushchairs or prams should purchase tickets in one of the seated stands. Dedicated wheelchair and carer spaces are also available.

Adding to the entertainment, the John Collins Funfair will once again take place behind the Farleys Solicitors Clayton End, with a fantastic selection of rides and attractions for all the family to enjoy throughout the evening.
Food and drink will be available from the kiosks in the Fan Zone on the night including pies, burgers and hot dogs, while Coley’s will also be open for drinks.

Anyone under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Entry may be refused if an accompanying adult is not present.
